Production Planning & Sourcing Executive

Role Overview :

We are looking for a detail-oriented and execution-driven Production Planning & Sourcing Executive to manage high-volume production orders across multiple product categories. The ideal candidate will have strong vendor management skills, hands-on experience in production planning, and the ability to coordinate efficiently across internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely deliveries.

Job Description:

- Proven experience in planning and executing high‑volume orders across diverse product categories such as Footwear, Apparel, Accessories, and Bags.
- Strong background in production planning, load balancing, and capacity management to ensure on‑time delivery.
- Ability to manage and execute orders simultaneously with 15–20 suppliers.
- Skilled in conducting daily follow‑ups with suppliers to monitor production plans and outputs, driving timely execution.
- Experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams & follow-up on activities including supplier onboarding, PI approvals, PO creation, advance payments, and delivery coordination.
- Demonstrated flexibility, multitasking ability, strategic thinking, and a results‑oriented mindset.
- Prior experience in handling institutional business will be considered an added advantage.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

- 5–10 years of experience in production planning and sourcing.
- Strong vendor management and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Proven experience in handling high-volume, multi-category production.
- Ability to think strategically while ensuring strong execution rigor.
- Prior experience in handling institutional business will be an added advantage.
