Store Manager, Operations Engineer

Role Summery
Xtrawrkx is Hiring for a leading player in Battery manufacturing space. The Stores Manager will be responsible for end-to-end management of inventory, material flow, and store operations to ensure uninterrupted production support. The role focuses on maintaining accurate stock records, ensuring timely material availability, and enforcing compliance with quality, safety, and audit standards.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end inventory of Raw Materials, WIP, Finished Goods, Spares, and Consumables.
Ensure strict adherence to FIFO / FEFO practices, particularly for lithium cells and other critical components.
Oversee inward material receipt (GRN), storage, material issuance to production, and dispatch operations.
Maintain real-time inventory accuracy and traceability within Zoho ERP.
Coordinate closely with Purchase, Production, Quality, and Dispatch teams to ensure smooth material flow.
Monitor minimum and safety stock levels and proactively flag shortages or risks to production continuity.
Ensure compliance with ISO standards, including proper labeling, documentation, traceability, and audit preparedness.
Lead, train, and supervise store personnel while maintaining 5S, safety standards, and operational discipline.

Qualifications and Skills
BE / BTech in Electronics (ECE), Electrical (EEE), or Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum 5 years of experience in stores or inventory management within a manufacturing environment.
Strong working knowledge of ERP systems (Zoho preferred) and proficiency in MS Excel.
Strong planning, coordination, and cross-functional communication skills.
Proven ability to lead teams and manage shop-floor store operations effectively.
