Location: Mandsaur
Essential
- 4-5 years’ experience in spray drying operations (food/chemical/dairy preferred).
- Hands-on experience with pasteurization.
- Ability to work in rotating shifts.
- Role-Experience in operating industrial spray dryers (food grade preferred).
- Ability to troubleshoot:
- - Wall sticking
- Powder scorching
- Agglomeration issues
- Low bulk density
- Poor solubility / functionality
- High fines or cyclone losses
- - Ensure proper fluidization and powder discharge.
- Manage bag filter differential pressure and cleaning cycles.
