Key Responsibilities    Production Oversight:  Oversee and manage the day-to-day mechanical production activities related to the assembly of drilling rigs.
Quality Control (In-House):  Rigorously inspect and track the quality of all incoming raw materials and parts utilized on the drilling machinery to ensure compliance with engineering specifications.
Outsourced Job Management:  Conduct regular visits to partner and supplier premises to monitor the production schedule, verify manufacturing processes, and inspect the quality of outsourced components being produced.
Compliance & Reporting:  Ensure all mechanical procedures and materials adhere to industry standards and company quality protocols, providing timely reports on material status and production progress.

Required Skills   Freshers are welcome with a passion in heavy machinery, manufacturing, excavators or drilling rig etc.
Hydraulic Circuit understanding puts more weightage.
Technical knowledge of mechanical components, Hydraulic materials (Pumps, Motors, etc.), and manufacturing processes (welding, machining, assembly).
Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
Ability to travel frequently to domestic partner and supplier locations for inspection.
