Senior Machine Operator

Location: Prakāshamnagar

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Senior Machine Operator to oversee the operation and maintenance of our premix packaging machine. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient and accurate filling of premix into various packaging formats (packets and jars), perform routine maintenance, and contribute to meeting daily production targets. An ITI or Diploma in a relevant technical field and experience in the FMCG sector are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Operate the premix packaging machine, ensuring efficient and accurate filling of packets (1kg, 0.5kg) and jars.
Perform routine and preventive maintenance on the packaging machine to ensure optimal performance and minimise downtime.
Troubleshoot basic mechanical and electrical issues with the machine.
Adhere to daily production schedules and ensure production targets are met.
Maintain a clean and organised work area.
Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines.
Monitor the quality of the packaged product and report any deviations.
Maintain accurate production records.

Requirements

ITI or Diploma in Electrical or related Mechanical trade.
3-6 years of relevant experience operating packaging machinery.
Experience in the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) industry is preferred.
Basic mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
