Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad for a Spunbond Non Woven Fabric Operator. The role involves operating and monitoring the manufacturing process of spunbond non-woven fabrics, ensuring quality specifications are met. Responsibilities include equipment setup, regular maintenance, troubleshooting machine issues, documentation of production processes, and ensuring adherence to safety and operational standards.

Qualifications
Technical expertise in operating and maintaining spunbond non-woven fabric machinery.
Basic knowledge of quality control, safety standards, and production processes.
Ability to troubleshoot and solve mechanical or operational issues effectively.
Strong teamwork and communication skills to collaborate with the production team.
Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate documentation of processes.
Experience in the textile or manufacturing industry is advantageous.
High school diploma or relevant technical certification is preferred.
Willingness to work in an on-site environment and flexible shifts, if required.
