Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Production Manager role located in Palwal. The Production Manager will oversee daily manufacturing operations to ensure processes are efficient, cost-effective, and aligned with company objectives. Key responsibilities include planning and organizing production schedules, managing resources and staff to meet production targets, ensuring product quality standards, coordinating with various teams, and improving operational efficiency through effective process management.

The role requires strong leadership skills to manage teams and ensure workplace compliance.
