Job Description:

Sr. PPC Engineer – PEB

Location:

Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, schedule, and monitor production activities for PEB projects.
Coordinate with design, detailing, procurement, and production teams to ensure timely project execution.
Prepare and maintain project schedules, material requirement plans (MRP), and production timelines.
Track daily production progress and update MIS reports.
Follow up with procurement for timely availability of raw materials and consumables.
Review fabrication drawings, BOQs, and ensure production plans are aligned with project requirements.
Coordinate with quality, dispatch, and site teams for smooth workflow.
Analyze delays, bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions to avoid production disruptions.
Ensure optimal utilization of manpower, machines, and materials.
Support project managers and communicate project status regularly.
Prepare weekly/monthly production performance reports.
Skills &

Competencies:

Strong knowledge of PEB components, fabrication sequence, and erection process.
Proficient in MS Excel, MS Project, ERP systems (if any).
Good coordination and communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Qualifications &

Experience:

Diploma /

B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or relevant field.
5-8 years of experience in PPC, preferably in PEB / structural steel industry.
Understanding of production planning, material flow, and fabrication processes.
