Job Purpose

The Project Manager is responsible to manage the Light platform throughout the cycle since the inception of the program to the phase out of the Product. Co-ordinate the resources for new product developments using Global Product Development process and maintenance of current products for both quality improvement and cost reduction initiatives. Manage the Light Platform Business within the platform following the GPD process to maximize the benefits of CNH by analyzing the costs and benefits.

Maximize CNH results, controlling the durability and the performance of the Product.

Key Responsibilities

Act on behalf of Platform Manager
Coordinate meeting and work with Senior team members to conclude on Project priorities.
Support formulate & execute Project tasks.
Work as per project priorities in complex dynamic environment.
Able to work towards meeting the Program quality targets.
Support the Project Plan & Business Case.
Support Investment Plan with buyout from all the key stakeholders.
Submitting for approval and monitoring.
R & D Expenses
Vendor Tooling Expenses
Target Product Costs achievement
Should be able to adapt & demonstrate Cultural beliefs

Experience Required

4 to 9 years of work experience on Projects in Manufacturing Industry.
Experience in project management and the ability to lead a cross-functional team.
Experience in engineering product development.
Proficient with Microsoft Office.
Cross cultural experience would be an added advantage.
Self-driven Individual, who can work without being managed.
Proven critical and independent thinking skills.
Good communication skills with positive attitude.
Be able to support multiple tasks at one time.
Excellent Team facilitation skills and interpersonal skills.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Ability to work individually or in a team.

Preferred Qualifications

B.E./

B.Tech / M.E / M.Tech in Mechanical / Production / Manufacturing.
