Performing operations related to Aerospace assembly components. Accountable for the quality of own work. Subject to direct operations supervision/prescribed work instructions/systems checking. Executes within a well-defined operations framework. There is generally a step-by-step sequence of standard operational tasks which need to be followed to achieve a result.

Our Multi-modal Manufacturing Facility (MMF) in Pune plays a crucial role in manufacturing key aerospace components, supporting not only India's defence and commercial sectors but also global aviation supply chains. Our relationships with Indian suppliers, combined with our world-class local facilities and global reach, continue to shape India's aerospace ecosystem.

Roles & Responsibilities

Shall have experience in fabrication & fasteners assembly. Capable of validating and ensuring customer specification compliance, knowing GE, RR, Boeing requirements will be an added advantage.
Shall have experience in assembly process. Capable of establishing different riveting, insulations, inserts, links, clips assemblies.
Shall have experience in drawing evaluation and providing inputs essential for assembly process establishment.
Ability to analyse defects, identify root causes and provide efficient solution and implement CAPA.
Basic knowledge of stainless steel and Inconel tube and sheet fabrication in aviation industry.

Working experience with GE Aviation P Specifications.
Ensure that manufacturing procedures follow safety and environmental regulations.
Must be familiar with EHS practices inside workshop as well as on site.
Responsible for FAI prove outs and creating new assembly procedures/MOS's for the same.

The Ideal Candidate

Candidate with an experience of fabrication & fasteners assembly.

Required Qualifications

Diploma in mechanical engineering with minimum of 2-3 years' experience in Aviation Tubes and Ducts, Fabrication Industry and aerospace assembly components.
Should have good communication and interpersonal skill.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in PDC Problem solving tools
