Key Responsibilities
1. Production Management:

• Plan and execute the daily production of woofer box cabinets.

• Manage complete flow from cutting → CNC routing → gluing → assembling.
2. Machine Handling Candidate must have experience with:

• Panel Cutting Machine (panel saw/beam saw)

• CNC Wood Router (for speaker cutouts, grill slots, port holes)

• MDF Gluing Machine / Press (strong bonding and lamination)

• Hand tools: drills, Nailers, edge tools, sanders
3. Quality Control:

• Check MDF cutting accuracy, CNC finishing, and bonding strength.

• Maintain tight tolerances for woofer/speaker holes.

• Inspect surface finishing & alignment of panels.
4. Material Control:

• Manage stock: MDF sheets, adhesives, screws, speaker brackets, laminates.

• Optimize sheet cutting to reduce wastage.
5. Team Management:

• Handle helpers, cutters, CNC operators, gluing machine operators.

• Train staff on correct MDF handling and machine safety.
6. Coordination:

• Work with design team for cutting drawings (AutoCAD/CNC).

• QC, final assembly teams. Candidate Profile

• From MDF wood industry / modular furniture / speaker cabinet manufacturing.

• Good knowledge of CNC wood routing and gluing operations.

• Ability to lead a team and run full production shift.
