Role Summary YARA Doors is looking for an experienced  Production Manager / Sr. Production Supervisor  to lead factory operations for doors and door frames. The role involves complete ownership of shop-floor production, labour management, material planning, and adherence to quality and delivery timelines. Candidates with prior experience in  doors, modular furniture, or wood-based manufacturing  will be strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities  Production & Operations
Oversee day-to-day production of doors and door frames as per plan
Ensure achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly production targets
Monitor productivity, cycle times, and wastage reduction
Labour & Workforce Management
Manage supervisors, skilled workers, and contract labour
Allocate manpower across machines and processes
Maintain discipline, attendance, and productivity on the shop floor
Material & Production Planning
Coordinate with stores and purchase teams for raw material availability
Ensure optimal inventory levels for wood, boards, hardware, consumables
Plan production schedules to meet dispatch commitments
Quality & Process Control
Ensure adherence to quality standards for machining, assembly, finishing
Reduce rework, rejection, and process deviations
Implement SOPs and process improvements
Machine & Process Oversight
Oversee woodworking machinery such as panel saws, spindle moulders, presses, sanding and finishing lines
Coordinate preventive maintenance and machine calibration
Improve layout and material flow for efficiency
Coordination & Reporting
Coordinate with management, planning, and dispatch teams
Maintain daily production reports, labour productivity reports, and material consumption data

Experience & Skill Requirements   6+ years of experience  in production roles (Supervisor / Manager)
Prior experience in  doors, door frames, modular furniture, plywood, or wood-based factories  preferred
Strong hands-on knowledge of shop-floor operations
Experience in labour handling and contractor management
Understanding of production planning, inventory control, and quality systems
Ability to lead teams and solve production bottlenecks

Educational Qualification  Diploma / ITI / Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering (preferred)
Strong practical experience may be considered in place of formal education

9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Compensation   Salary Range:  ₹40,000 – ₹60,000 per month (based on experience and skill fit)
