Role Description
The Assistant Production Manager will oversee the daily operations of the production department to ensure efficiency and adherence to quality standards. Responsibilities include managing production schedules, supervising production teams, ensuring compliance with safety and manufacturing protocols, and troubleshooting any issues that arise during the production process. The role requires effective collaboration with other departments to meet organizational goals. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kanchipuram.

Qualifications
Proficiency in production planning, process optimization, and operations management
Strong understanding of quality assurance standards and safety regulations
Excellent leadership, team management, and organizational skills
Analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on process improvement
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
10+ Yrs Experience in medical technology or manufacturing industries is preferred
Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field
Ability to adapt to dynamic environments and manage multiple priorities
