Role Overview  We are seeking an experienced  ALPHACAM Programmer cum CNC Operator  to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in  Alpha

CAM software , CNC programming, and machining of wooden parts.

Key Responsibilities   Program CNC machine contour paths using Alpha

CAM.
Import CAD models from Solid Works (STEP, IGES, DXF).
Generate and verify tool paths, optimize machining processes.
Select tools, define feed rates and spindle speeds.
Create and manage tool libraries, holders, and inserts.
Perform engraving, drilling cycles, mortising, and finishing operations.
Transfer programs to CNC machines and edit parameters as required.
Ensure compliance with manufacturing guidelines and maintain documentation.
Requirements   Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent (preferred).
Minimum 3 years of experience with  Alpha

CAM software .
Strong knowledge of CNC machining processes and CAD/CAM integration.
Ability to relocate or commute to Sriperumbudur.
