Key Responsibilities Product Formulation: Develop and test new cosmetic and personal care product formulations that align with market needs and comply with regulatory standards.
Product Improvement: Evaluate and reformulate existing products to enhance quality, performance, and consumer appeal.
Quality Testing: Conduct safety, performance, and stability testing to ensure product excellence.
Collaboration:
Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Production, and Quality Assurance teams to ensure product success.
Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated on cosmetic and Ayurveda regulations; ensure all formulations meet required safety and documentation standards.
Innovation: Identify and evaluate new ingredients and technologies for next-generation product development.
Process Optimization: Support the setup and improvement of lab procedures, testing protocols, and manufacturing processes.
Required Skills Strong expertise in cosmetic product formulation
Knowledge of raw materials, ingredients, and formulation techniques
Understanding of regulatory and quality standards (BIS, FDA, GMP)
Analytical thinking and creative problem-solving abilities
Collaboration and communication skills
