To identify high-potential candidates for the Manufacturing Excellence (Man Ex) role who can drive operational improvements, embrace digital transformation, and evolve into broader manufacturing leadership roles.

Experience / Skills Required

Education

Engineering degree (preferably Mechanical; Electrical acceptable)

Experience

1–2 years of hands-on exposure in a manufacturing site
