Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad for an Aseptic Filling Operator. The Aseptic Filling Operator will be responsible for performing sterile manufacturing operations, ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality standards. Core responsibilities include equipment setup, sterilization, monitoring aseptic filling, and maintaining cleanliness in the production area. The operator will conduct safety checks, troubleshoot equipment issues, and adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
Qualifications
Experience in equipment handling, sterilization processes, and operating aseptic filling machines.
Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and standard operating procedures (SOPs) in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
Attention to detail, ability to monitor and maintain cleanliness in production areas effectively.
Problem-solving skills to efficiently address and troubleshoot equipment or process issues.
Effective communication and teamwork abilities, while maintaining a strong sense of responsibility.
Prior experience in pharmaceutical or animal health industries is highly beneficial.
High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications or relevant vocational training are a plus.
