Role Overview
We are looking for a seasoned Purchase Manager  with deep experience in  factory procurement , especially in  chemical and engineering goods sourcing . The role will be based in our  Hyderabad head office , with close coordination with our  Visakhapatnam factory  and suppliers across India and overseas.

Key Responsibilities
Procurement of  raw materials (including chemicals) , both domestic and international
Procurement of  engineering spares, electrical/mechanical parts, consumables
End-to-end management of procurement process :
Tendering, CSQ, RFQ, PI, PO, and approvals
Inventory planning, material indenting, and stock control
Coordination with  warehouse and dispatch teams  for finished goods movement
Vendor management and cost negotiations
Overseeing  logistics  for raw materials and outbound dispatch
Ensuring alignment with compliance, documentation, and internal controls

Qualifications & Skills
5–7 years of experience in  factory-based procurement  (chemical industry preferred)
Prior experience in  gloves, pharma, medical consumables, or similar manufacturing  is a plus
Strong knowledge of  inventory management, costing, and supply chain coordination
Proficiency in ERP systems, Microsoft Excel, Word, and documentation workflows
Excellent negotiation, analytical, and vendor development skills
Strong written and verbal communication
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure

Salary Range:  ₹14 – ₹18 LPA (based on experience and fit)

Other Requirements (must meet at least 5 out of
5):
Minimum 8 years of purchasing experience in factory/manufacturing
Experience in Chemical procurement
Location based in Hyderabad
Proficiency in ERP system
Willing to undergo background verification
