Production Planning and Control Executive

Location: Rājkot

POSITION SUMMARY
​Responsible for efficient production scheduling, material coordination, and timely dispatch planning. Focus on streamlining processes to meet delivery targets and maintain system integrity across manufacturing operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
​Planning & Scheduling:
Manage daily sales order checks, create and maintain the Production Schedule, and ensure adherence to the Project Schedule and Dispatch Plan.
​Material Control:
Proactively monitor and confirm Material Availability with relevant departments.
​Coordination:
Conduct necessary Follow-up from related departments and teams (e.g., Production, Procurement, Quality) to ensure smooth workflow.
​Reporting:
Prepare accurate Daily MIS and Monthly MIS reports on performance and status.

​REQUIRED SKILLS
​Expertise in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and ERP systems.
​Strong Analytics Thinking and a Problem Solving Attitude.
​Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies like Kaizen, and 5S
​Experience using fundamental Problem Solving Tools.

Educational Requirements
​Any Bachelor's Degree is accepted.
