The Role
We are seeking a skilled Plant Supervisor with 3–4 years of experience in plant or production supervision. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of the rice mill, ensuring smooth and efficient production processes. Key responsibilities include managing labour, coordinating workforce activities, supervising loading, unloading, and packing operations, and maintaining discipline, safety, and productivity on the shop floor.
Requirements
Minimum 12th Pass
Strong leadership and supervisory skills
Practical knowledge of production and plant operations
Experience in handling packing, loading, and unloading processes
Ability to manage labour effectively and ensure timely production
