Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Devanahalli for a CNC Turn and Turn-Mill Operator or Programmer. The responsibilities will include programming and operating CNC turning and turn-mill machines, machining and fabricating high-precision components, maintaining machine setups, adhering to technical specifications and quality standards, and meeting production deadlines. Additional duties may include assisting in developing efficient programming methods and ensuring the smooth operation of CNC machining processes.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Programming for CNC turning and turn-mill machines
Experience and expertise in operating and maintaining Machining equipment
Ability to teach and mentor junior operators and programmers
Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on producing high-quality precision parts
Familiarity with aerospace, power generation, or precision manufacturing industry is advantageous
Technical qualifications such as a diploma or degree in mechanical or manufacturing engineering are preferred
