Production Operator

Key Responsibilities  Operate SMT equipment (pick-and-place, reflow oven, printer, AOI)
Set up machines per production schedules and work instructions
Monitor operations, perform quality checks, and maintain production records
Follow ESD protocols and EN 9100:2018 requirements
Perform routine maintenance and report issues immediately
Support 24/7 shift operations with clear handovers
Requirements

Education:

ITI / Diploma in Electronics / Electrical / Mechanical

Experience:

1-3 years in SMT operations (defense/aerospace preferred)

Skills:

Hands-on experience with SMT equipment
Read technical drawings and BOMs
Knowledge of IPC standards (IPC-A-610)
Basic computer skills
Strong attention to detail
Preferred  IPC-A-610 or J-STD-001 certification

Experience with EN 9100 or NADCAP systems
Odoo ERP familiarity
