Focused on daily routine deliverables on quality KPI, continuous improvement, process audits and PDI. At this changing situation to complete efficiently his task/duties self-driven.

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Process & Product Quality Control

Daily routine on PDI control, stage wise process audits, product audits, critical process audits and CAPA.

NCR Product Handling

Outgoing rejections / Internal Manufacturing rejections / Non-conformances / Customer complaints- 1st level investigations and perform 5 Y analysis including simple 7QC tools, knowledge on PSR and 8D.

The above activities would involve close working with cross functional teams as well as influencing cross functional teams

Mrb

Identify NC parts with NC tags / Move the NC parts to NCRD location for the MRB. Form and maintain MRB.

Continuous Improvements

Prepare and implement Kaizens, LLC, One point lesson, problem solving methods

Documentations

To maintain the process records and other records.

Measuring Instruments

'Monitor all the instruments for the maintenance and calibration

APS QR1 Meeting With Production/testing

Participate in plant approvals from Incoming to shop floor

Product Clearance

PDI and LTI for Product Clearance for dispatch

Required Qualifications

This role requires basic experience in the Manufacturing & Production Quality. Knowledge level is comparable to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college ( or a high school diploma with relevant experience).
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in Electrical or Mechanical with minimum 6 years of experience
Should be willing to work on Shifts
