Location: Pālghar

Dear Candidates,

We are hiring for  Sr Officer - Shift Leader - Capsule Production  for Tarapur / Boisar location.

Industry:  Pharma, Healthcare or Food Processing industry.

Experience : 2 to 5 years.

Education:

B Pharma / MSC - Chemistry

Responsibilities

Execute the production plan as per production schedules, achieving production, quality, cost &

dispatch target.

Utilize the allotted manpower for the shift production, obtain maximum output and maintain discipline

in the shift.

Verify and review shift production records and update SAP entries for proper monitoring and to ensure

system compliance.

Co-ordination with quality assurance, quality control maintenance, utility and stores departments for

smooth production operation.

Take corrective and preventive actions using SPC (Statistical Process Control) and Six Sigma to

improve production, quality & profitability. This is responsibility of HOD.

Follow systems and procedures as per ISO-9001: 2015, cGMP, GDP and 6S to comply with regulatory

requirements.
