Maintenance Manager - Windows

- Ensure safe & accident-free workplace in respective processes and ensure timely completion of all the counter-measures for safety
- Provide awareness among employees for safety on shop floor
- Calculate the number of Reportable, Recordable & Manday loss injuries in process to reduce/eliminate them
- Ensure safety audit Kaizens & TPM Fuguai's Identification & Rectification list
- Work pro-actively on machines to reduce generation of defects and for Flow-out of defects in next process
- Ensure proper adherance with quality standards as per the customer requirement
- Impart training to all operators for problem solving approach and ensure adherence of TQM system
- Implement Poka-Yoke on machines and ensure increase in number of kaizens per month
- Increase number of Quality circles working to improve quality
- Work to ensure improvement in energy consumption rate
- Control wastage of regular consumables in the shift and meet model wise consumption target for cost/ M2
- Ensure proper education & training for all the team members about machines, systems and modern concept of TPM, Kaizen, 5S & Safety
- Provide On the job training to the operators related to working on the machine
- Promote 100% involvement of employees in Quality Circle and ensure Skill Matrix upgradation
- Prepare Operator Observance Audit sheet and focus on increasing no. of sugesstions and no. of quality circles
- Develop innovative ideas to improve the process in all the aspects
- Ensure all the process parameters are running within the standard value
- Ensure updation of all the control charts on dailiy basis ensure adherence of preventive maintenance plan
- Conduct and analyze process-precision Study
- Conduct process audit of the machine as per check sheet
- Ensure communication of daily issues on the shop floor with line leaders
- Inetract with Production/Quality sections to resolve daily gaps related to any machine and method issues
- Conduct Rejection analysis and red-bin analysis
- Facilitate execution of monthly Improvement plan and ensure improvement of 5s level on shop floor
- Preparte non-conformity report
- Conduct Dailiy Tool box meeting, CFT Meeting and monthly improvement plan meeting
