Process Knowledge:
Hands-on experience in chemical processes such as reactor operations, mixing, filtration, dispersion, and filling.
Chemical Handling:
Understanding of various chemicals used in production and sampling.
Production Execution:
Responsible for executing production activities as per the shift plan under the guidance of the shift in-charge.
Safety Compliance:
Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and ensure adherence to standard safety practices on the shop floor.
Shop Floor Discipline:
Maintain discipline and cleanliness in the working area, ensuring compliance with company standards.
Reporting & Communication:
Timely reporting to the shift in-charge and execution of assigned tasks efficiently.
