Role Overview
The Engineer / Sr. Engineer – Aluminum Fabrication will support and execute aluminum fabrication and welding activities, ensuring product quality, adherence to standards and efficient shop-floor operations.

Key Responsibilities
Review of drawing, preparing query log, preparing PFD, SOP for Aluminum fabricated jobs
Knowledge of Al grades and care for material preparation and welding challenges
Execute aluminum welding and fabrication operations as per drawings and quality standards.
Support development and implementation of WPS/PQR and ensure compliance with standards (AWS / EN / ISO).
Operate and monitor TIG/MIG welding processes; ensure correct fit-up and dimensional accuracy.
Coordinate with Quality and Production teams for issue resolution and process improvement.
Maintain proper usage of consumables and upkeep of fabrication tools and equipment.
Follow safety, 5S, and ISO procedures on the shop floor.

Qualifications & Skills
Diploma / B.E. (Mechanical / Production / Metallurgy).
5-6 years of hands-on experience in aluminum or heavy fabrication.
Basic knowledge of aluminum alloys (5xxx / 6xxx series) and TIG/MIG welding.
Familiar with fabrication drawings and measurement tools.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Visual and dye penetrate testing skill / Level II certification
