Responsibilities:

Own commercialization of Avant footwear category across all T1 manufacturers
End to end ownership from product handover from R&D till production at factory
Responsible for all the 3 processes of product trials- counter sample, size – set trial and pre-production trial
Responsible for technical performance of the shoe as well we fit & shape
Own production success of all designs. Problem solve as day to day issues faced during production

Desired candidate profile
8+ years experience in product commercialisation & development
Strong technical knowledge in shoe making, pattern making & choice of material & operations
Good at partner factory management & communications
Experience in Sports shoe industry is a must.
