4+ Years (FMCG sales)

Key Responsibilities:

Drive regional sales targets and business growth
Manage and lead a team of Sales Representatives
Develop strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers & retailers
Ensure product availability, visibility & market penetration
Monitor stock management and timely delivery
Conduct regular market visits to identify new business opportunities
Analyze competitor activities and market trends
Prepare sales reports and share insights with management
Minimum 3+ years in a team handling/managerial role (General Trade mandatory for managerial role)
