Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Hyderabad, for a Chief Executive Officer (CEO). The CEO will oversee all aspects of organizational operations, including financial management, business planning, sales strategies, and operational execution. Key responsibilities include setting strategic direction, developing business initiatives, optimizing operational processes, growing the company's sales footprint, and ensuring sustainable profitability while fostering team collaboration and a culture of innovation.

Qualifications
Strong Financial and Business Planning skills with the ability to manage budgets, financial strategies, and resource allocation effectively.
Proven expertise in Operations Management with experience in streamlining processes and improving operational efficiency.
Demonstrated skills in Sales and Strategic Planning to grow the organization's market presence and identify new business opportunities.
Ability to lead and inspire teams, project management skills, and sound decision-making capabilities.
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
Prior experience in a senior leadership position within a distribution, electronics, or related industry is highly desirable.
