AAYYAAM WELLNESS PVT. LTD.  is seeking a highly skilled and motivated  Operation Manager  to oversee daily center operations, manage staff and clients, and ensure the smooth execution of all activities at our wellness center.

Position Details   Role:  Operation Manager

Location:

Bhopal (Candidates must be from Bhopal or nearby areas)
Salary:  Up to 30,000/month  (Based on Experience & Skills)

Experience:

Minimum 3 Years  (Preferably in Wellness, Hospitality, or Service Industry)

Ideal Candidate   Strong leadership and operations management skills
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
Excellent communication in  English & Hindi
Skilled in  client handling and relationship management
Highly motivated, confident, and goal-oriented
Strong  problem-solving  and  decision-making  ability
Professional, disciplined, and  customer-centric attitude
Basic  computer and administrative proficiency
Ability to stay calm under pressure with a positive mindset
Interest or knowledge in  Wellness & Ayurveda  is a plus

Key Responsibilities   Oversee  day-to-day operations  of the wellness center
Manage and support  staff members  for consistent high performance
Handle  client relationships  and ensure top-quality service delivery
Coordinate between  departments  for smooth communication
Monitor  productivity, scheduling, and resource management
Ensure  efficient administrative and operational functioning
