Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Manager, based in Upleta. The Business Manager will oversee daily business operations, drive sales performance, and ensure branch profitability while adhering to company policies. Responsibilities include managing a team, building strong customer relationships, identifying growth opportunities, developing strategic plans, and monitoring budgets and compliance. Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to achieve business goals is also a key aspect of this role.
Qualifications
Leadership and team management skills, including the ability to motivate and mentor team members.
Strong background in sales and business development, with a focus on achieving targets and driving revenue growth.
Proficiency in customer relationship management and understanding of customer needs and market trends.
Strategic thinking and financial analysis skills, with experience in budgeting and performance tracking.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
Familiarity with the financial services industry, particularly in asset financing and loans, is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Proven experience in a similar managerial role.
