Responsibilities:
Formulate and implement relevant strategies such as production outsourcing and category procurement.
Develop and maintain supplier resources, conduct effective performance management, and establish strategic cooperative relationships.
Control procurement costs, formulate and promote the implementation of cost reduction plans, and conduct thorough cost analysis.
Follow up on purchase orders, ensure materials are delivered on time, with qualified quality and sufficient quantity, and handle abnormal issues such as delivery and quality problems.
Coordinate with relevant internal and external departments to advance procurement-related work and control various risks in the procurement process.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or above in related discipline
Proficient in both  Chinese and English
12 years of working experience, and having managed large-scale mechanical and electrical projects;
Possess excellent communication and presentation skills, and be able to lead a team independently in large-scale projects;
Have outstanding emergency response and crisis management capabilities;
