Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Field Service Supervisor located in Rajkot. The Field Service Supervisor will oversee and coordinate daily operations of field service teams, ensuring timely and efficient maintenance, repairs, and servicing of construction and mining equipment. Responsibilities include supervising field technicians, ensuring compliance with safety standards, organizing schedules, managing customer relationships, and maintaining records of services and equipment performance.
Qualifications
Strong technical aptitude with knowledge of construction and mining equipment maintenance and repair
Skills in team supervision, training, and task delegation
Organizational abilities, including scheduling, logistics coordination, and record management
Effective communication and customer service skills to build strong client relationships
Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenges in an on-site setting
Proficiency in basic computer systems for documentation and reporting purposes
Experience in construction or heavy machinery-related industries is an added advantage
Diploma or degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a related field preferred
