Qualifications and Skills

Experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM) to enhance project visualization, coordination, and construction documentation processes.
Skilled in cost estimation and budget management, ensuring financial efficiency and resource allocation across all project phases.
Thorough knowledge of local building codes and regulations, guaranteeing all projects meet legal standards and compliance requirements.
Proficient in risk management techniques, identifying potential project risks and formulating strategic mitigation strategies to minimize impact.
Demonstrated ability in vendor and stakeholder management, maintaining productive partnerships and ensuring alignment with project objectives.
Roles and Responsibilities
Lead and manage multiple residential construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring all project goals and objectives are met.
Coordinate cross-functional teams and resources to drive project timelines, optimizing productivity and project outcomes.
Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and milestones, ensuring clarity and alignment with client expectations and business objectives.
Monitor project progress, proactively identifying and addressing any deviations from plans, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.
Conduct regular site visits to assess project status, manage quality control processes, and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
Manage project budgets, perform cost tracking and reporting, and undertake corrective actions to address financial discrepancies.
Facilitate communication between stakeholders, ensuring transparency and effective resolution of issues and challenges.
Oversee procurement processes, negotiating contracts and managing relationships with subcontractors and suppliers.
Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
