Position: associate specialist, mid office payroll.

Assists on the payroll calendar and pay dates

Assists on values are in due for payment and deduction

Assists on the payroll process, supporting on the occurrence of the payroll data

Supports the fulfilling of the payments SLA's for the external employees

Supports on the analyzes of complaints, delay and/or payroll errors

Provides support to all internal areas regarding to queries and/or questions

Grade Descriptor

Requires basic conceptual knowledge of theories, practices, and procedures within a discipline

Performs assignments using existing procedures

Receives guidance and direction from more senior level roles/manager within the discipline

Contributions are usually limited to task-related activities works within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines

Exchanges straightforward information, asks questions and checks for understanding
