Paws Club is a growing Pet Parents Community based in Kochi, Kerala, dedicated to connecting pet owners. The club organizes various events, meetups, and offers access to a vibrant group of over 500 pet lovers. Membership is open to anyone with a pet, fostering a sense of companionship and support amongst pet owners. Although the community is just getting started, it holds tremendous potential for expanding its reach and influence.

Role Description
This is a volunteer hybrid role for a Community Manager based in Kochi, Kerala, with the flexibility for some work to be done remotely. The Community Manager will oversee the community's operations, coordinate events and meetups, manage communications within the group, and engage with members to foster a positive and active environment. The role also involves promoting the community to attract new members and building strong relationships with local pet owners and businesses.

Qualifications
Event planning, coordination, and organizational skills
Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building abilities
Social media management and content creation skills
Problem-solving skills and ability to engage and motivate community members
A passion for pets and understanding of pet owners' needs
Ability to work independently and in a hybrid role
Experience in community management, event planning, or similar roles is a plus
