Looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Center Head to lead and manage our academic center.
Key Responsibilities:
Overall management of center operations (Academic + Administration)
Driving student admissions and fee collection targets
Monitoring faculty performance and academic delivery (JEE/NEET)
Parent relationship management and grievance handling
Ensuring discipline and smooth functioning of residential campus
Budget management and financial monitoring
Coordinating marketing and outreach activities
Requirements:
Minimum 5–8 years experience in education/coaching management
Experience in JEE/NEET coaching environment
Strong leadership and team management skills
Good communication and problem-solving ability
Target-driven and result-oriented mindset

Betul, Madhya Pradesh
