Role Summary

A Learning and Development Manager at Gamlaa Bioscapes will design and implement skill-building initiatives tailored for a nature-focused, workspace landscaping environment, driving employee growth and organizational excellence

Key Responsibilities

Conduct learning needs assessments by engaging with managers, department heads, and staff to identify skill gaps relevant to green workspace transformation and client servicing.
Design, develop, and deliver training programs related to sustainability practices, plant care, client communication, and safety protocols.
Collaborate with subject matter experts in horticulture, operations, sales, and HR to create targeted, hands-on and blended learning experiences.
Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback surveys and performance metrics, making improvements for high-impact results in operational execution and customer engagement.
Maintain training resources and documentation, ensuring accessibility and relevance to Gamlaa's unique business model.
Foster a culture of continuous learning and upskilling, supporting both individual career growth and company-wide transformation goals.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in green design, learning technologies, and industry best practices to innovate training offerings.

Qualifications & Skills

Strong communication and facilitation skills for delivering topics to diverse teams.
Experience in corporate L&D, preferably with exposure to sustainability or service industries
Ability to work collaboratively with leadership, business development, and horticulture/service teams
Proficiency with digital learning platforms anddata tracking for continuous improvement.
This role will help advance Gamlaa Bioscapes' mission of promoting workspace wellness and environmental stewardship by empowering staff through impactful learning and development initiatives.
