Job Description     Develop and implement comprehensive learning and development strategies aligned with organisational goals.
Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and suggest improvements where necessary.
Collaborate with department heads to identify learning needs and tailor programs accordingly.
Manage and oversee the learning management system for seamless training delivery.
Lead a team of L&D professionals to achieve organisational objectives.
Monitor industry trends in learning and development and integrate innovative practices.
Ensure compliance with regulatory training requirements within the Pharmaceutical industry.
The Successful Applicant     A strong educational background in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field.
Atleast 15+ years of proven expertise in leading learning and development initiatives within the manufacturing industry
Ability to design and implement effective training programs.
Proficiency in using learning management systems and other L&D tools.
Strong collaboration and leadership skills to work across teams and manage staff.
Knowledge of industry-specific compliance and regulatory requirements.
