Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Payroll Manager located in Hyderabad. The Payroll Manager will be responsible for overseeing payroll operations, ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, managing payroll taxes, and handling garnishments. Additionally, the role involves maintaining compliance with company policies and regulations, administering employee benefits, and addressing payroll-related queries. Collaboration with other departments and ensuring confidentiality of payroll data is critical.
Qualifications
Experience in Payroll Administration and Payroll Management
Familiarity with Garnishments and Payroll Taxes
Knowledge of Employee Benefits administration
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Office tools
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is preferred
Prior experience in payroll within the retail or manufacturing sector is a plus
