Role Description
This is a contract, on-site role for an HVAC Supervisor located in BAHRAIN. The HVAC Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing HVAC system operations, leading teams, and ensuring quality and safety standards are met. Day-to-day tasks include diagnosing issues, performing troubleshooting, developing and executing preventive maintenance plans, and ensuring smooth operation of all HVAC systems. This role also involves coordinating with team members and addressing client concerns efficiently.

Qualifications
Strong Supervisory Skills, with the ability to lead and manage teams effectively
Expertise in HVAC system operations, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance
Proficiency in Customer Service and the ability to address client needs professionally
Ability to work on-site and adhere to established safety and operational standards
Technical certification or relevant qualification in HVAC systems preferred
Prior experience in a supervisory role within the HVAC industry is a plus
