Manager-Maintenance

Location: Pālghar

Maintenance Planning and Scheduling:

Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs to reduce downtime.

Plan and oversee routine maintenance tasks, ensuring timely repairs and minimal disruption to production.

Coordinate emergency repairs to resolve breakdowns efficiently and reduce production stoppage.

Team Leadership:

Supervise and provide direction to the maintenance team, including technicians and engineers.

Conduct training and development programs to improve team skills and efficiency.

Manage performance, set goals, and ensure high levels of motivation and engagement within the team.

Equipment Maintenance and Troubleshooting:

Oversee the maintenance and repair of all machinery, including extrusion machines, Slitting equipment, Lamination machine, and other utility equipment.

Troubleshoot and diagnose complex mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues, ensuring timely and cost-effective repairs.

Ensure availability of necessary spare parts and tools for effective maintenance.

Health, Safety, and Compliance:

Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the maintenance department.

Develop and implement safety procedures and protocols for machinery operation and maintenance.

Ensure that all equipment and systems comply with environmental regulations and standards.

Budgeting and Cost Control:

Manage the maintenance budget, including parts, labour, and external service costs.

Monitor maintenance expenses and implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality and safety.

Analyse maintenance data and prepare reports on equipment reliability, maintenance costs, and downtime.

Continuous Improvement:

Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment efficiency and reduce downtime.

Collaborate with production teams to optimize machine performance and reliability.

Stay up-to-date with the latest maintenance technology and techniques in the industry.
