Technical Executive

Location: Prakāshamnagar

Jones Lang LaSalle Property Consultants (India) Pvt. Ltd. (JLL) is seeking a  Technical Executive  to be the go-to person for all technical operations, ensuring flawless execution and cost efficiency. This role demands a proactive individual with strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and a commitment to maintaining high standards across all building systems.
What this job involves   Executing Flawless Technical Activities   Keep JLL up to speed on  operating and utilities costs .
Monitor invoices for  technical services rendered  alongside the building manager.
Oversee the  maintenance practices of contractors , ensuring alignment with manufacturer recommendations and our preventive maintenance standards.
Supervise the  repair and maintenance  of cooling and heating systems, plumbing and water supply, electricity and lighting fixtures, and other equipment and supplies.
Perform routine  inspection, inventory, and documentation  of these systems.
Providing Sound Leadership to Boost Results   Oversee our  electricians and their scope of work .
Collaborate closely with superiors, peers, and subordinates.
Act as the main point of contact for  vendors  regarding all maintenance services.
Monitor maintenance activities and produce  daily and weekly summary reports .
Desired Skills and Experience   Technical Competence   Demonstrate  technical expertise  in a global real estate environment.
Strong working knowledge of relevant policies, building maintenance, and people management.
Proven expertise in the principles and techniques of  carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and general property management  is an advantage.

Education and Experience   Degree holder with at least  three years of experience  in a technical field.
