Sales Operations Manager

Location: Silvassa

Supply Planning
Develop and manage  end-to-end supply plans  for Data Center projects covering OFC cables, Optical Fibre (OF), Optical Interconnect (OI), and 3PL termination houses
Identify supply risks and drive  mitigation plans  to ensure OTIF delivery
Inventory Planning
Plan and optimize  raw material, fibre, and OI component inventory  aligned to DC demand
Define safety stock norms and control  excess/slow-moving inventory
3PL & Partner Coordination
Coordinate planning and execution with  3PL termination houses
Align partner capacity and schedules with DC project milestones
Logistics & Network Planning
Plan and coordinate  material movement  across OF, OFC, OI, and 3PL locations
Optimize logistics flow to support project timelines and cost targets
Capacity Planning
Develop  capacity plans  for internal plants and 3PL partners
Conduct  quarterly capacity reviews , highlighting constraints and machine/manpower requirements
S&OP Governance
Lead  monthly and quarterly S&OP discussions  for DC business
Align Sales, SCM, Manufacturing, Logistics, Finance, and Projects on risks, mitigation actions, and financial impact
Reporting & Analytics
Develop and publish S&OP dashboards including  OTIF, Capacity Utilization, and Inventory health
Track plan vs. actual performance and drive corrective actions

Key Skills & Competencies
Strong expertise in  S&OP / IBP / Supply Planning
Experience in  Data Center / Telecom / OFC / Infrastructure supply chains
Capacity & inventory planning, scenario analysis
ERP knowledge ( SAP preferred ) and advanced Excel skills
Strong stakeholder leadership and communication
