We have established a Logistics Competence Centre India (LCCII), which acts as a global support hub for Logistics. LCCI supports different regions by handling supply chain support, data management, and analytical activities, helping improve operational efficiency and drive continuous improvement.

Your Role

As a Graduate Apprenticeship Trainee, you will be part of the LCCI team and will support team members in day-to-day supply chain and logistics activities. This role is designed to help you gain hands-on experience, understand global supply chain operations, and build strong fundamentals in logistics systems and processes.

You will work in a global environment supporting Logistics regions such as Europe, North America, South America, and Asia Pacific, while learning how supply chain operations are managed across regions.

As a Graduate Apprenticeship Trainee, You Will

Support the team members in executing assigned supply chain and logistics activities
Assist in day-to-day logistics operations and administrative tasks
Help update and maintain master data in supply chain systems
Support data extraction, basic analysis, and reporting for operational needs
Assist in creating and updating logistics-related data in systems such as TMS and ERP
Support purchase order and sales order creation for logistics services and packaging
Help track deviations and support follow-ups under guidance
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and process documentation
Assist in building and maintaining dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI / Python

Who are you

You are a graduate who is eager to learn, curious about supply chain operations, and motivated to build a career in Logistics. You enjoy working with data, systems, and people, and you are comfortable supporting senior team members in a fast-paced environment

We believe that it is an advantage if you have experience from production or logistics and supply chain environment.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

Graduate degree in Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field
Basic understanding or strong interest in Supply Chain and Logistics
Willingness to learn tools such as TMS, ERP systems, Power BI, Power Automate, and Excel

Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail
Good communication skills and ability to work in a global team
Positive attitude, adaptability, and learning mindset
