Job Title:

Supply Chain Manager – Fashion / Textile Industry

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end supply chain operations including sourcing, production planning, CMT coordination, warehousing, and dispatch for fashion/textile products.
Oversee raw material, fabric, trims, and finished goods inventory to ensure accuracy, availability, and minimal wastage.
Coordinate closely with production, design, merchandising, retail, and e-commerce teams to ensure timely deliveries and seasonal launches.
Manage vendor relationships including CMTs, fabric suppliers, and logistics partners, ensuring quality, timelines, and cost control.
Monitor supply chain KPIs, MIS reports, audits, and system entries (ERP/Candela/Odoo or similar) to drive efficiency and accountability.
Requirements:
3-4 years of relevant experience in supply chain management within the fashion or textile industry.
Strong understanding of apparel production workflows, fabric sourcing, CMT operations, and warehouse management.
Experience handling ERP systems and strong command over reporting, planning, and inventory controls.
Excellent coordination, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
