Position Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic supply chain professional to manage our increasing operations base in region. This individual will be part of the supply and delivery planning group within materials planning department and responsible for driving on time delivery to meet downstream project schedules.

We are looking for someone who has deep understanding of the dynamics of complex projects, who understands the solar space, and who can strategize effectively to stay several steps ahead of likely problems. You will be part of a fast-paced, collaborative team propagating renewable solar solutions in the region and around the world.

Responsibilities:

The   Sr Analyst, Supply Chain - Europe   will perform wide range of duties including some or all the following:

Manage supplier allocations based on schedule, pricing, volume agreements, inventory levels.
Analyze and reconcile delivery schedule vs allocations in Anaplan
Identify SO vs PO schedule deviations; provide exception reports for planners and delivery managers.
Perform analysis of planned, shipped, and delivered orders for regional projects, identify gaps.
Automate supply-demand analytics to support shipment prioritization, especially during international transloading
Analyze and report delivery gaps & impacts to lead times; issue proactive weekly projects alert to planning and delivery team members.
Analyze supplemental order fulfillment data.
Manage weekly project delta status and BOM variance reporting, drive issue closure with planners.
Data analytics and data management/integrity for OTD report and project cost dashboard (COGS); resolve SO vs PO discrepancies and monitor cost trends.
Automation & Data Tools Development:
Leverage Power BI and AI-driven tools to automate data collection and visualization; develop dashboards to support regional execution.
Ensure data integrity of supply chain planning data, and management of the data flow.

Requirements:
MSc Industrial Engineering.
Planning, Master Scheduling, Supply chain, or Manufacturing experience preferred.
Solar, Semiconductor or Steel manufacturing industry experience preferred.
Strong Planning, Forecasting, Project Management skills with attention to detail.
Advanced user skills of planning software such as MS Excel, Access required.
Comfortable with figures and in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large dataset.
Ability to build, negotiate and sustain networking relationships.
Ability to work in fast pace and global start-up environment.
