Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Chennai for a Logistics Executive Operations professional. The Logistics Executive will be responsible for overseeing logistics operations including supply chain management, ensuring timely coordination of shipments, inventory control, and adherence to company policies. The role includes liaising with customers, providing superior customer service, and identifying improvement opportunities in logistics processes to enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications

Strong understanding of Logistics Management and Supply Chain Management practices and principles
Proficiency in Customer Service and Communication skills to build and maintain professional relationships
Basic knowledge or experience in Sales processes is an advantage
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, on-site environment
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field
Relevant certifications in logistics or supply chain management are a plus
