CXO is establishing its physical office and looking for a dynamic professional interested in:
Corporate Law + Business Consulting + Startups + Investments
with a  special focus on family business structuring and next-generation planning.

This is not a routine legal role. You will work directly with the founder on diverse projects involving:

• Corporate legal advisory

• Commercial contracts & compliance

• Startup & investment structuring

• Family business governance

• Next-generation transition planning

Manjeri,Malappuram, Kerala
Type:  Full Time

What You Will Do

• Draft and review corporate & commercial agreements

• Prepare NDAs, MoUs, service contracts, policies

• Support startup structuring and compliance

• Assist in family business and succession projects

• Prepare proposals, presentations & client reports

• Coordinate with clients, CAs, and consultants

• Manage documentation and follow-ups

Who Can Apply

✔ BBA LLB / LLB + MBA –  Preferred
✔ LLB graduates with business interest
✔ Freshers with the right mindset welcome

Skills We Look For

• Interest in corporate law & business advisory

• Strong English & Malayalam communication

• Drafting & documentation ability

• MS Office / Google Workspace/ChatGPT  proficiency
